I start by listening to you and hearing your story. Based on your goals, I give you concrete tools to help you understand yourself and free yourself from negative patterns. Based on your needs, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused Therapy, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), and other evidence-based therapies.

Functional Lab Analysis

In addition to standard lab tests, I recommend functional testing to identify imbalances or deficiencies affecting your mental and physical health. These may include hormonal, inflammatory, nutrient, or metabolic issues. The results help us tailor your treatment plan to address root causes and support lasting wellness.

Spiritual and Faith-Based Support

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment Plan

A 90-minute comprehensive evaluation to understand your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. This session will include diagnosis, treatment planning, medication recommendations (if applicable), and a discussion of integrative treatment options such as nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes.

  • A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is certified as a Clinical Specialist in Psychiatric and Mental Health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and are licensed to practice independently as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of Washington. A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can diagnose mental health problems, prescribe medication, provide supportive therapy.

  • I will meet with you for an extensive interview and psychiatric evaluation in which we will gather some information such as your history, symptoms, and family dynamics. Within this first session together, we will then determine the best plan of action to move forward.

  • If you find yourself in the midst of an emergency, please immediately call 9-8-8. If you have an urgent situation, call the office, and we will see you as soon as possible.
